This elevated pet friendly cottage is the closest Beachside home to pool and tennis court and still just a short stroll to the community beach access path and just a few minutes walk to shopping and dining. The living room and dining room combo are open and spacious and there is plenty of natural light. Wireless internet, but no cable service. Smart TV's in all rooms for access to favorite apps. Covered parking for two. 1500 Sq Ft. No Smoking. Pet Friendly. $200 non-refundable pet fee
Rentals are stocked with small ‘starter packs’ that include: toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, soap, dishwashing soap, and dishwasher detergent.

The rental property was in good condition and had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. Its proximity to the beach, town restaurants, and shops was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet, and the surroundings were enjoyable. The only complaint I have is that the pillows in all the bedrooms need to be replaced; doing so would make the house even more comfortable.
