This beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom top-floor apartment is ideally located within the popular Ocean Point complex, just a short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport.
Situated approximately 100 meters from a selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the apartment is also within a 5–10 minute walk of the beach, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday without the need to rely on a car.
The bright and welcoming lounge opens directly onto a south-west facing terrace, which is partly covered and provides a wonderful space for outdoor living and al fresco dining.
A spiral staircase leads from the terrace to a large private rooftop terrace, complete with sun loungers and offering panoramic views and sunshine throughout the day—the perfect spot for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying an evening drink.

This apartment is located well, no need for a car.
Very clean apartment, you will want for nothing indoors.
Three floors up, the lift is VERY, VERY small, to the point I refused to sue it and with limited mobility had to use six flights of stairs.
BUT, once you get there the apartment is super.
The pool area is lovely (three floors down)
Well located.
Once we discovered the 'back alley' to the supermarket our holiday was complete.
