Conveniently located near Tilton's Market, Post Office and High School. Only 15 minutes from Androscoggin Riverlands State Park, 25 minutes from Bates College in Lewiston and 1 hour from Portland. Ski and snowboard at Black Mountain (45 minutes), Mt Abram (45 minutes), Lost Valley (25 minutes), Pleasant Mountain (52 minutes), Sunday River (60 minutes) or Attitash/Wildcat (1 hour 30 minutes). 4 to 5 Guests can comfortably share this rental with 2 bedrooms and a third optional bedroom. Wifi and Apple TV included. Please note that the AC is not central air conditioning. There is a new air conditioner in the upstairs master bedroom and the loft and living room have ceiling fans. To keep our cleaning fee low on our full cottage, we charge an additional daily fee of $10 per person per stay for more than 2 guests.
