Located in Seascape Resort, Ariel Dunes II offers 24 stories of amazing westward views that span the sugar white sands and emerald green water of Miramar Beach. From the rear of the building, you get a bird's eye view of the lush 18-hole Seascape Golf Course. Ariel Dunes II features three large pools, one with zero entry and a spacious deck for lounging and catching some rays.
The spectacular resort amenities include 2000 linear feet of easily accessible beach with chair and umbrella rentals, on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, sauna, on-site pools (two are seasonally heated), watersport rentals, bike rentals, or dine beachside at Whale’s Tail Bar and Grill just across the street!

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a Wonderful time in our rental and it was very roomy we had a Wonderfully view of the Pond and Ocean. The deck was a very nice large deck to relax on. The living room had very comfortable furniture. The kitchen had the basics that you need to cook and plenty of seating for meals. I only wish there would have been a broom to easily sweep up crumbs.A great location and plenty of room to enjoy a nice visit to the panhandle
