The Enclave is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL and is within walking distance of fine-dining and shopping. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.
Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a parking registration email. You are encouraged to purchase your parking pass prior to arrival.

This property was accurately described. Great location, easy walk to the pool and beach.The only hiccup we encounter was confusion with parking. There was a PDF send in the link once we checked. It stated we had up to 2 free parking and then additional could be purchased. We eventually figured it out but it was never clearly explained at our original check in.

We enjoyed this condo and location. It is beautifully decorated and had large bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. Loved having the codes to the room and beach. Enjoyed having small ice in the ice machine. The dryer and dishwasher had some issues but the maintenance came up and gave us some tips.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed the stay. There was issues with the parking space provided. The space was not adequate because the car next to the space was not pulled over far enough for the driver to get out and because of the column. Security acted like they couldn’t do anything and I was not permitted to park in another spot. The next day when I called management they said security had to deal with it.
