What a great property and awesome lanai! Close to everything and loved the beach accessories!! Clean, comfy... So relaxing! Great sunsets. Could have stayed a month!!!

The location on Kam 2 beach is hard to beat. The relaxed vibe of the condo complex is also hard to beat. The condo needs some updating but the ocean view makes up for that.

We've been going to Maui and staying in Kihei in the same place for 20 years. We'll never stay in this unit again. Moved after 2 days. Condo was lacking... just about everything. 18" of closet space only after we cleared out a vacuum cleaner, step stool, ironing board and brooms. Had to use the ironing board as a table because there was no place to put anything down. Had to request kitchen towels, a bath mat, ant killer, a laundry basket, swiffer, entry rug, etc. There are no hooks around for towels, bathing suits... No ice maker. The bed was super uncomfortable and when I asked them to rotate it, they flipped it instead. So the 2nd (last) night we slept on the underside of the mattress (not designed to be flipped). We've never stayed in a more poorly equipped condo on the island. The only good thing is customer service was quick to respond to emails and texts and refunded our money for the duration after the 2 days.
