• Parking: 1 regular-size vehicle in the garage + 1 in front of the garage; no RVs or trailers. Free overflow parking available across the road on the west end of 9th Ave.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Our Ouray VRBO was a comfortable home base for our family of four as we explored mountain towns on the Western slope. We ate a good number of our meals at the house so it was essential that the kitchen be stocked with everything that we needed to prepare our family meals. The location was excellent and afforded us a nice walk to all that Ouray had to offer. Our morning walks to Artisan Bakery were a memorable part of our stay in Ouray and the location of the house made for a great start to our day.

Good: Check-in was super easy. The view was incredible. It was very quiet and peaceful. The walk to town was nice.
Bad: The condo itself has 70s era furniture and the cleanliness was not at all what I’d expect for the astronomical fee charged. The downstairs sheets were not clean, they were covered in human hair (clearly the maid didn’t change them). The mattress cover was covered in stains (please buy a new one). The clean dishes were left for us to unload from the dishwasher. There wasn’t any type of sponge to clean the dishes with. There was no laundry detergent even though we were asked to start a load of towels. Most annoying of all was we arrived late to this small town and woke up the next morning only to find zero coffee was provided. I’ve stayed at dozens of houses on this site and that was a first. It’s a basic amenity especially considering the price charged. The whole place needs a refresh on furniture and cleaning. And please spend $10 of what I was charged to provide coffee for future guests.
