The location of this property is great. Nice ocean view and short distance to pool and beach. The place is very spacious with lots of storage, closet, and dresser space. The golf cart was great and one of our highlights! One negative is that the master tub/shower didn’t drain and thus we were unable to use it for showers all week. Also, the hot tub was closed most of the week which is likely not the owners fault. Overall, a good stay!

I will start off by saying that the Condo that we stayed in was nice and the views of the beach were awesome. This was our first time staying at this location and the instructions to get into the building were confusing and we could not figure out how to get into the building, we walked around outside and finally a nice couple helped show us how to access the building. Upon getting to our condo we found it to be nice but there was sand on the tile floors and there was sand in the bed. I expect sand on the floors at a beachside condo but not in the beds. The bunk beds in the second bedroom were noisey and uncomfortable. The ad promised beach chairs and umbrellas for our use and they were in fact there but the chairs were very cheap and uncomfortable and the umbrellas were very small and would not hold up in the ocean winds, we fought them for two days and eventually purchased beach service because we were tired of fighting them. The golf cart was very nice and it was nice not to have to rent a car, however you are very limited on where you can go on the golf cart. We were able to got to a Publix, a shopping area, a liquor store and Bayside Wharf on the cart. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I cannot give this place a 5 star rating.
