Babbo House Sa Rocca Tunda is an exclusive retreat just steps from the sea, nestled in the tranquility of authentic Sardinia. Only 100 meters from the beach, which you can reach in a minute on foot, the house offers privileged access to a crystal-clear coastline frequented mainly by locals and rarely crowded, even in high summer.

The house has been completely renovated with great care and attention to detail to provide comfort and well-being. You will find spacious interiors, air conditioning in the living room, fans in both bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one bathroom, making it especially suitable for couples or small, close-knit groups. For the beach, umbrellas, loungers, cool bags, and everything you need for perfect days by the sea are provided.

A unique highlight is the private parking with a gate on the property, reserved exclusively for guests—a rare advantage in an area where public parking is limited. Arrive and depart with maximum convenience and peace of mind.

The private, wind-protected patio is ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing in total privacy. Nearby, you will find useful services to make your stay even more enjoyable.

You will be welcomed in person, with care and attention. A stay at Babbo House is more than just a holiday: it’s an experience that will make you want to return.
