House is located just south of downtown St. Augustine, by beautiful Crescent and historical Butler beaches. Situated within a short drive from downtown and a short walk to the beach as well as the Intracoastal waterway. Perfect for those that enjoy downtown exploring, shopping as well as the beach, boating, kayaking and fishing. Several beach access ramps, the closest one is directly accross the street from our property( a five minute stroll, it has stairs accross the dunes!) and two boat launch ramps within a mile. Restaurants, beach toys, surfboards, fishing gear, kayaks and boat rentals are just around the corner.
Completely renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath house with large yard and enough on property parking for multiple cars. We own an extra lot next door for RV parking, water and power can be made available. there is a daily $25 charge for each additional guest ( not to exceed 10 including house guests) occupying the RV. Large covered backyard deck for out door lounging, dining and barbecuing. The front yard features an authentic native Indian Tiki hut with comfortable outdoor furniture for a perfect afternoon or evening. The house has all the conveniences necessary to make your stay comfortable, including washer and dryer, beach towels, outdoor shower, outdoor kids swing set, horse shoe pit, bean bag toss and a fire pit.

This house had everything you needed! Beach items! Kitchen fully stocked. Comfortable beds. The Location couldn't be beat. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. And the beach - we were so lucky to be right there. If you looked further north or south on the beach it was much more crowded. Our little area was pretty peaceful. This is probably the best host I've ever interacted with. He quickly addressed any issues that we had. And was very accommodating. Full honesty... There were a couple very minor things - cleanliness, old bath towels, flat pillows.. The place was pretty clean just not super clean. But overall this was a fantastic place. We hopefully will be back in the future. And would love to stay here. So I think that says the most!! Definitely deserves 5 stars.

This is a great beach house! The back deck was especially wonderful for eating almost every meal (it was mid-May). It was fun to have a yard for the kids to explore and enjoy and the split bedroom setup was nice. Just enough to set us up for good beach time and one day of exploring downtown St. Augustine. I especially appreciated the small hospitable touches throughout, as well as the really good shower experience in the main suite.Nearby recommendations: Cousteau’s Waffles and Ice Cream exceeded my expectations and The Kookaburra was wonderful for coffee and the best little savory pies.

This was a great location in beautiful St. Augustine. It was only a short walk to the beach. The host was very responsive and gave great recommendations for where to eat in the area. The backyard was very nice. There was a ton of beach equipment in the shed, too.
