We had a great stay here. The house was clean on arrival and is truly ideal if you're visiting Silver Springs with pets. The fully fenced backyard is huge, well lit at night, and gave our dogs plenty of room to run.A few notes for future guests: the inflatable soccer game in the yard is older but still usable, and the grill is no longer on the property. The living room is on the smaller side, so it’s not the best setup for a large group to gather around the TV, but that wasn’t an issue for us as we were there to enjoy the river. The kitchen was well stocked, though there were only two coffee cups — so bring extras if you need more. The fire pit area was a highlight, with plenty of outdoor seating for nightly fires and socializing. The location is excellent, just two minutes from Silver Springs, Shopping centers and multiple great resturaunts. The host was extremely communicative, answering every question within the hour. Overall, a comfortable, pet‑friendly stay with great outdoor space.

This is a great location right by the springs. You can walk if you want. Great friendly diner on the same block. And being Florida, it’s great that they have indoor games if the kids get bored. Huge fenced yard if you need it fire pit and other outside activities. A lot packed into this home. We really enjoyed our stay!
