* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

* There is no assigned parking spot, however, free street parking is easily available nearby and we provide a permit for one (1) vehicle.

* The basement area is not included with the reservation. There is a long-term tenant who occupies the basement, he has a private entrance

*. Steps disclosure: 10+ steps at the entrance, all bedrooms and full bathrooms on the 2nd floor.

*. AC Disclosure: 4 mini split AC in total. AC in every bedroom and the living room.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
