My family of 7 stayed here for over a week to attend a conference at the Queensbury hotel. Our host Wayne was communicative right from the start to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. The house was clean, the water was hot, the beds were comfortable, and kitchen stocked with basic supplies. I would definitely consider staying here once again if we happened to be in the area. My thanks to the owner!

This first floor of a house - with access to a nice back yard with fire pit - was in a perfect location for our family as we came into Glens Falls for a broader family event. The place was simply but comfortably furnished. The only things to be aware of are: 1) there are about 4 steps that need to be climbed to access the ground floor (in case you have mobility challenges); and 2) the queen sized beds in two of the bedrooms are pushed against the wall, so you may need to be a bit cooperative when entering and exiting bed.Overall, a great place to stay!(The lesser rating on the contact with the host was due to the fact that my email asking about potentially renting the upper unit for additional family members was not replied to until the week before our stay -- and even then, he did not get back to me with the rate when he said that it was most likely available.)

Great quiet location, we would recommend this place for someone looking for a quiet stay, but close enough to all of the fun activities like lake George, and other surrounding towns . Great experience, and very clean and newly renovated . The owner Wayne was right on the ball with info and answering any questions needed .
