Feet in the water, superb 5-star villa of very high standing for 10 people. An exceptional setting with a breathtaking view of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. Facing the lake, the relaxation area and its 5-seater hot tub will bring you moments of relaxation and well-being that we all need so much during holidays.
Our private beach and pontoon await you and if you own a boat or wish to rent one, you will have access to our mooring loop. Ideally situated in the heart of the Alps (Geneva 45 mins, Megève, Chamonix, Italy 1 hour, Méribel, Courchevel 1 hour 30 mins, Val d'Isère 2 hours), our house is also close to all amenities. You will be 10 minutes from Annecy town centre and its shops, 15km from Annecy airport, 45km from Geneva airport in Switzerland and 150km from Lyon Satolas airport.
For sports enthusiasts, our house is at the heart of all activities: sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, diving, golf, horse riding, summer sledging, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, karting, …
In the winter season, magnificent ski resorts such as Grand Bornand and La Clusaz (Annecy Ski Resorts) will be accessible in just 30 minutes. You can practise alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, dog sledding rides, …

You will benefit from equipment specially designed for cyclists:

- repair kit and basic maintenance equipment,
- bike cleaning supplies,
- practical space for your equipment,
- personalised welcome with route recommendations and useful information.
The villa is situated below the road with a slope presenting some elevation change, but access to the bike garage is then easily at ground level.
To facilitate your trips away, we also offer a dead storage garage service on request, allowing you to leave your car safely for a few days.

We had a fantastic stay at this stunning lakeside property. We swam in the crystal-clear water, kayaked, relaxed on the beautiful lawn, and thoroughly enjoyed exploring the nearby city and historic castles. The house itself was amazing. Perfect vacation.

We stayed as a family here between city sightseeing trips and loved the atmosphere, natural beauty, immaculate and very comfortable home, as well as the kind and attentive hosting by the Montant family. It is a gorgeous area, walks to grocery and some restaurants or 15 min drive to Annecy Old Town and all the lovely social life there by the canal. Absolutely loved our time here. The welcome book and wine cellar were especially nice touches, and both very well used 😌

In our stay in the luxurious vila la france, we enjoyed the breathtaking view and use of the lake.
The host was welcoming and attentive.

This is a superb villa in an enviable position on the lake but so close to the pretty villages of Menthon and Veyrier. We had superb weather which allowed us to easily make use of the facilities and the location. Michel and Alexandra were perfect hosts and the facilities in the Villa and the information provided were exceptional. We loved the Kayak provided at the Villa, the cinema room, Wine cellar with wines you could purchase, location, coffee machine (we made very good use of) - and coffee capsules provided, all the little touches ie shower gel, beautiful soaps, tastefully decorated bedrooms, lounge and we loved hearing about Michel's story about the inspiration for the Villa name. We hired a boat from Point Bleu, and they delivered it to the pontoon at the bottom of the garden. Book this villa now you will not be dissapointed!!
