With a surface area of around 400 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests in absolute comfort. Each space has been designed using top-of-the-range materials and furnishings, combining elegance and refinement for a unique experience.

Please note that building work is currently taking place in the neighbourhood, which may cause some noise disturbance during the day, and that a crane is visible from certain areas of the property.

The Villa is ideally located close to the centre of Veyrier du Lac and Annecy with a private beach.

Go hiking in Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town. Transport:
If you are coming by car, the property has private parking for up to 4 vehicles.
- The regular SIBRA 20 bus service, with a stop 10 minutes' walk from the Villa (Crozette), provides easy access to Annecy city centre (around 20 minutes) and nearby beaches (5 to 20 minutes).
- Geneva international airport can be reached in around 35 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services.

On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.
