This beautifully designed retreat, hosted by Great Western Lodging, features modern finishes, stylish décor, and open-concept living spaces ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. The fully equipped kitchen includes top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of space for preparing and sharing meals, while the inviting living area offers comfortable seating and a pull-out sleeper sofa for extra guests. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming mountain ambiance.
Guests will enjoy the convenience of an attached garage for parking and gear storage, as well as in-unit laundry and contemporary amenities throughout.
Ideally situated just minutes from Summit County’s top ski resorts — Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, and more — this property also offers easy access to hiking and biking trails, Lake Dillon’s water sports, and Silverthorne’s shopping and dining scene. There is first-come, first-serve overflow parking in the back of the complex.
Elevator Access: Please note—there is no elevator access; multiple flights of stairs may be required outside and within the unit.
We provide a basic starter pack for guests, including travel-size toiletries, a limited supply of paper products, and laundry/dishwasher detergent. This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.
This home is part of a small collection of Summit County vacation rentals hosted by Great Western Lodging, a locally based team focused on responsive service and comfortable stays. We can’t wait to welcome you and hopefully add you to our growing list of repeat guests!

This home was fantastic! Well equipped kitchen, heated garage, exceptionally clean. The only complaint we had was the 5am noises from the business across the street. We will 100% consider this rental again in the future!

For my family...10 out of 10… like life, though there's always pros and cons. With that said let's get the potential "con" (as in singular--only one) out of the way… If you are not able to or do not like climbing stairs, this place is not for you! But if that's not a concern, then this is definitely a beautiful spot to stay. The host went ABOVE & BEYOND to think outside the box... the place was well equipped with everything you need making it feel like it's your own home!! I would recommend this place time and time and time again!!Ohhhh yeah.... one last thing. The heated garage was super convenient, especially on our last day It just dumped snow and with a 15 month old baby and a wife that likes to over pack it was nice not having to load everything in the snow or scrape ice off the windshield!! VERY NICE PLACE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED!!!
