We were slightly disappointed in the room with the bunkbed. It isn’t really a room and there is absolutely no space for luggage or belongings. Another disappointment was that there were no laundry facilities in our unit as described. We had all packed light thinking we had use of a washer and dryer but ended up having the additional expense of having to buy items and use the laundry mat. Some things in the house were very dilapidated and could use some TLC, especially the couch, it was broken, cushions were falling apart and uncomfortable. We had were unsure about sitting on it because of its condition but with a houseful of people we needed something to sit on. The host was super friendly and helpful. We saw him several times during the week and he always asked how we were doing. The shared deck is nice but very inconvenient to get to, you have to go down a flight of stairs exit the building and go up another flight of stairs to get to it. We ended up not using at all. The proximity to the beach was the best part about the whole place.

The space was good for the price. The rooms can be tight but great as we weren’t inside much since it is 2 min walk to the beach.The outlet covers have a design on them that make your charging blocks etc not go in far enough to work properly. Bunk beds had very hard mattresses (we were a group of adults). The AC can’t get low enough to cool upstairs and ceiling fans can only do so much.The fridge wasn’t cold so we had to figure out how to turn it down. The host didn’t answer emails or calls while we were there. The wifi code provided in the email was not correct and after time and no answer from the host we found a book of information with the right code.

Nice place very close to beach! Very warm/too hot house,not able to adjust AC which made those a little uncomfortable thank God for all of the ceiling fans! Beds very comfortable
