This top floor central apartment on the bustling Lothian Road will be the perfect base to explore Edinburgh.
A cosy, compact one bedroom apartment with loads of natural light.
It`s only a short walk from the tram stop that connects directly to Edinburgh Airport.
Take a 5 minute walk to the Usher Hall or Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). Or a short stroll (10/15 minutes) to Edinburgh Castle or Princes Street.
The apartment comprises of a living/dining/ kitchen area, a bright and airy double bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath.
The surrounding area is full of restaurants, cafes and bars, and you are only a 10 minute walk away from the peaceful green of Edinburgh Meadows.
The tourist tax is included in the nightly rate. There is nothing further to pay on arrival.
At checkout we charge a £30 damage waiver per reservation that will cover any accidental damage up to £500.
To protect the property and be good neighbours, we use a Minut monitoring device inside the apartment. It measures sound levels and occupancy only, it does not record audio and cannot listen to conversations. It also detects the sound of a smoke alarm, so we can respond quickly if something is wrong while you are out. You will only hear from us if sound levels stay high for a sustained period.
