Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure verification.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.

I thought the view was great for a third-floor unit. The complex is nice and quiet, and the owners that reside there very friendly and welcoming. The beach was beautiful and very relaxing. Book it you will enjoy!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay over spring break! The condo was spotless and beautifully appointed. Our teenage son slept on the pull out and said it was extremely comfortable as well. We especially appreciated the pool and private beach area, as right down the beach was VERY crowded, while our portion had plenty of room for everyone, regardless of when you headed out there. We also made use of the putt putt, pickleball, sand volleyball, and convenient location to the Baytowne Wharf for extra fun! The condo included beach chairs and games, which were perfect. The close proximity to excellent restaurants was also a bonus. We especially enjoyed Tommy Bahamas and VinTij (tip: they take reservations). The views and great weather made for an amazing family vacation and we were sad to say goodbye to this little piece of paradise on the Gulf.

The accommodations were lovely and the hosts were very attentive. They were in touch before during and after our stay to make sure our needs were met. We would definitely stay here again!
