Place was clean, nice and simple and had everything we needed for the weekend. The only thing wrong was the sliding screen door was ripped and challenging to open and close and felt like it was about to fall out. Not a big deal though. John was GREAT about responding to questions and very hospitable.

This property is so convenient to everything in Hampton beach. We could easily walk to restaurants and the local grocery. The beach was right across the street so it was perfect for walking the dogs. The room itself is great for a couple. Just plan to eat out since the kitchenette is more for drinks and snacking.
