In large private estate of 5 hectares with caretaker on which is an old building which was previously the residence of Queen Victoria's first minister (Lord Salisbury). 10min walk from the center of Beaulieu-sur-Mer.
The studio is located on the 2nd floor with elevator of the property, it measures 29m² and can accommodate up to 2 holidaymakers.
The studio consists of:
* an entrance with 2 large closet and access to the bathroom
* Main room with very well equipped kitchenette, lounge area with sofa and a double bed of 160cm by 2m
* The living room opens onto the terrace with garden furniture and breathtaking sea view

Couldn’t ask for better views. Property was as advertised. It was clean, quiet and met or exceeded our expectations. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings with a cup of tea and a croissant and in evenings with a glass of wine watching the yachts and enjoying the horizon. Host responded to our questions in a timely manner and was always friendly and professional. We’d definitely rent this studio again!!

Modest room but very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Good bed. Good AC. Spectacular terrace with power awning and sun shade were such a plus. Great location. Quiet and Private. Easily walkable to the town and train. The walk back up may be a challenge for some. Parking on site was very good. Parking in town can be challenging. Extremely kind hosts. We were very sad to leave.

The most magical place! We speak little to no French and were able to check in smoothly. The place was clean, and full of charm. It’s about a 15 minute walk into the town of Beaulieu sur mer. We walked almost everywhere, including villefranche sur mer and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. We took the train from the station in town to Nice and Eze. Be prepared if you don’t have a car: it’s a steep walk up from town. The view was incredible.
