This top floor courtyard location and pool view allows for that Virginia sun to shine through! With the many windows and sliders throughout gives our condo a bright and cheery feel. Our condo also offers a more private setting being our unit jets out a bit, having no shared walls with other condos on either side. Tune into nature...our complex sits directly on the beach and you're just minutes away from False Cape State Park and Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge and of course right on the beautiful Sandbridge Beach. Activities to do: arcade located in building A on the 2nd floor(Arcade operated by HOA not condo owner), swimming, sunning, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, bike riding and so much more! Just perfect for a family or two couples vacationing together. You'll love the contemporary, open floor plan . Over 1500 sq ft plus oversized balcony for all guest to relax and lounge too. A mini pool table and Wii for rainy days and family fun! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and expansive granite countertops, pantry closet, plus a breakfast bar that's perfect for snacking or that morning coffee. The Master Suite offers a quiet haven with its own private bath and large walk in closet. Pool and Courtyard view in a beach front complex offers the utmost in relaxation being just a few barefooted steps from the beautiful beach and convenience of a birds-eye pool view plus easy access to lounge, BBQ or just relax in the courtyard. Covered and gated parking in the garage and all secured entries. Additional storage and beach items for you use in the garage level storage unit. This is the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in! The condo was beautifully maintained, spotless, and very comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked. The living space was perfect for our family. It offered plenty of room to relax, play and spend time together as a family. My kids loved the arcade and pool. The building itself could benefit from improved signage to help guests navigate more easily, and there are a few areas where the property could use some updates. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience.

My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed this 2 bedroom condo. It was nicely decorated with a beach theme throughout, ideally situated in Sandbridge, very clean, and the mini billiards/ air hockey table was nice touch! Also, the host responded to my questions very quickly.

Great beachfront location. Clean and modern apartment with plenty of beach toys and supplies.

The property was nice. However, the weather wasn’t good because of Hurricane Debbie. Also, the property closed their pools at 8:00 which was very disappointing and no hot tub.
