We booked this condo due to its proximity to both Lecom Park and Anna Maria Island. The host communication, check in process & cleanliness of the space was fantastic. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone traveling with an elderly adult. The ground level patio and zero clearance shower with grab bars made the accommodation a safe and comfortable stay for our family.

Very nice accommodations and we enjoyed our stay. Great location near stores and restaurants. The unit is just a quick walk to both community pools and the club house.

Rented this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo from a former stay. Property is perfect, host is great but I didn't get any confirmation from VRBO site prior to our stay with regard to key pickup and local service contact information. Very disappointing with VRBO site.
