Clean fresh bedding (Sheets are washed and blankets and coverlets are dry cleaned prior to each stay) and fresh towels are provided at no additional charge. Air conditioning is provided in all four bedrooms and also in the living room/kitchen area.

The house was very nice and in walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The area was very quiet and the host Tina was great!

Great rental home in York Beach! We had a terrific stay with our family. Location is terrific in a great neighborhood within a short walk to Short Sands Beach. The house is updated, very clean, and nicely maintained, and it's well equipped with whatever you might need for your stay. And communication with the owner was great and very responsive. Highly recommended!

This home was clean, beautifully decorated and had all you need and more for a beach vacation. Tina was very quick to respond to all questions and accommodating to any requests. We had 6 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. Highly recommended!

The host and property were amazing. The check-in and check-out process was super easy. The property was clean and the perfect size for our stay. The location is centralized and walking distance from the long sands beach, short sands beach and the lighthouse. The deck and the grill was a huge bonus.
