Guest Registration is paid to Sunbird directly through their Park N Spot System and is not included in your reservation. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must be registered. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Unregistered vehicles are subject to towing or booting without notice.
This home's floor plan features ocean views from every room-including the bedroom! It's one of the biggest floor plans in Sunbird with the most beach frontage. It's the only floor plan with a king main bedroom overlooking the BEACH! Why settle for anything less?!

Beautiful place with a beautiful view of the gulf. Our only complaint was that it would have been nice to have coffee filters for the coffee pot. We didn’t mind purchasing coffee but filters would have been nice. Our daughter said we have to stay in the same unit on our next trip to the beach

Great location with 3 pools and easy access to the beach! Very clean and well kept. It’s small but for 2 people it was plenty!

Only down fall was the pull out couch was not comfortable at all. And we had to go buy blankets for the kids. They only had one on the main king size bed. That was heaven!

We enjoyed our stay here at the Sunbird. The condo was clean with a great view. The host was VERY responsive with any questions we had. I will say this room specifically is one of the smaller options at the Sunbird. The room is great for a couple, but was a little tight for a family of 4. The mattress in the Master is very comfortable.
