Do you enjoy strolling through a charming little town like Monschau or Aachen? Or are you traveling on business and looking to enjoy a quiet evening in the countryside?
Then you’re warmly welcome to our quiet, spacious vacation apartment on the RAVeL Route in Roetgen.
The apartment is 72 square meters and features 1 bedroom as well as a pull-out sofa in the living room, making it ideal for 2 (up to a maximum of 3) people. The kitchen is cozy and fully equipped.
The spacious living and lounge area offers plenty of room for a home office, relaxing by the wood-burning stove, and much more.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet (with a window).
There is ample storage space for luggage.
A private terrace and a communal area in the garden are perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun, relaxing after a busy workday, or unwinding after a lovely day trip. The nearby forests and the Hohe Venn, the Dreilägerbach Dam on the outskirts of town, and the wild boar enclosure invite you to take pleasant walks, even at the end of the day.
In the garden, you can enjoy watching a colorful mix of birds, squirrels, badgers, and foxes.
For motorcyclists, the Eifel offers beautiful rides, and the Nürburgring isn’t far away either.
The Eifel National Park delights hikers and cyclists with its lakes, forests, and the Eifelsteig trail. Historic sites such as Vogelsang and Mariawald Abbey are ideal destinations for day trips.

A great house, lots of space and fully equipped. You feel at home right away. The house is located at the Vennbahn so ideal for biking. There is space to park your bikes in the house. The owner of the house is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
