The property was in a great location, clean, and well prepared. The owner was responsive throughout our stay and amenities were complete. One of the HVAC units stopped working, but the owner promptly arranged for a repair technician to fix it.A couple of things to note: the floors carry sound throughout the house, so you can hear activity through the walls between rooms. Also, the bedrooms don’t have fans, so rooms can feel hot or stuffy when the HVAC isn’t running. The elevator was out of service during our stay, so confirm with the owner beforehand if you’ll need one. The stairs are steep for moving luggage to the top floor, and we only learned about the elevator issue after arrival.
