Welcome to Crescent Sands F3, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront condo in the highly desirable Windy Hill neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach. Located mid-building on the 3rd floor, this beachfront getaway offers breathtaking ocean views, direct beach access, and the comfort of a well-maintained, family-friendly vacation home.
Important Notice: Building Maintenance Project (September 21, 2026 – February 13, 2027)
***Please note that the building will be undergoing a scheduled exterior maintenance and restoration project from September 21, 2026 through February 13, 2027. Work may include the installation of scaffolding, power washing, ceiling and wall repairs, painting, and waterproofing.
Guests may occasionally experience construction-related noise during daytime working hours (M-F 8am-5pm), and scaffolding may be visible around portions of the building. Access to certain exterior areas may be temporarily affected as work progresses.
We will do our best to keep guests informed of any significant impacts during their stay. We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are completed to enhance the building's appearance and long-term condition.

This property was amazing. The owners have thought of everything you need for a beach vacation. There were lots of hooks and shelving in the bathrooms and bedrooms to help keep everything organized during our stay. The furniture on the balcony was perfect and comfortable. We will definitely be booking this condo again!!

Loved this condo right on the beach!! Nice pool, just steps from the ocean. Condo was spacious and perfect for the 6 of us! Owner was very responsive and friendly. Thank you Scott for the stay in your beautiful place!!

Condo was very clean and spacious. Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom was a rare find for this price range and worked out perfectly for our family’s needs. Bonus touch was the power banks with usb and usb-c outlets in every room. That was unexpected and a very thoughtful and helpful amenity. Great location. Prime beachfront property with a balcony overlooking the ocean! Very peaceful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise. Condo has direct beach access which was nice, was able to just walk outside to the beach. We unknowingly scheduled our vacation during Harley bike week but hardly heard any bikes the whole time. Turns out most of the activity was in Myrtle Beach and this condo is in North Myrtle Beach which is about a 20-30 minute drive away. This actually worked out good. There is so much to do in the general area that we only spent one day at Myrtle Beach to check out the boardwalk and spent the rest of the time on the beach right in front of the condo or checking out other local attractions. Very pleased with this condo and would definitely return and highly recommend.

The rooms were very clean and communication with the host was easy. I always received a prompt response when I emailed him. It's a great place with exceptional views and easy access to the beach. We had everything we needed. The location is wonderful for shopping, eating out, or even receiving a package from home. We hope to stay again next year in the same unit.
