Single family home in West Bradenton. Only 6 miles from Anna Maria Island Bradenton Beach and 2 miles from IMG Academy. This 2 bedroom 1 bath home has been totally remodeled and updated. Great flowing open floor plan. Beautifully renovated bath and kitchen. New flat TVs and internet, front door RING camera, Wi-Fi and outdoor grill. Swimming pool and nice private fence around the yard. Close to downtown Bradenton and Manatee Riverwalk park. Very close to the shopping and dining.

Perfect little cozy spot near the beach. They had everything you need for the beach also such as chairs and an umbrella. The pool is a great complement to this house. Would definitely recommend

We come back here every year. Host and property are great! Love the fans added to the bedrooms. Highly recommend.

Check in and communication was great. The place was neat and clean. The pool and backyard was beautiful! The listing stated 7 minutes to the beach, it was not even at 6am. The trip was more like 15-20 minutes. ALL beds were so horribly uncomfortable we left a day early and got a Hilton hotel in order to sleep. The person I spoke to said they would request a refund for Monday 9/1/25, as we left at 12:00pm. I have never heard back or received any further communication.The water pressure in the shower was awful. It took 20 minutes to shampoo & condition my hair. Would not reccomend if you'd like a good night's sleep.
