Beautiful place to stay, super close to the beach! Clean, cozy, and fully equipped for a beach getaway. Great location, just steps from the sand and close to restaurants. The host was friendly and responsive—highly recommend!

I was told there was no sofa bed. Ends up there is, but it has a huge stain on it so it isn’t usable. The decorative shower curtains were dirty as they are right next to toilets. We couldn’t use the bedspread due to it seeming dirty due to stains. The property needs to wash whatever is washable after each party and replace the mattress in the sofa bed. Our daughter has all kinds of bites showing up on her leg. We’re questioning bedbugs. We stopped staying at Litchfield beach and golf resort a few years ago due to lack of cleanliness. We decided to give it another try but not seeing much change. You can update but if you don’t clean well, it will not be good.
