Enjoy a wonderful holiday at this farm-based holiday accommodation, complete with a swimming pool and wellness facilities.

Welcome to this inviting and spacious farm-based holiday accommodation, set in an idyllic location in the Etruscan Maremma. Surrounded by a park with centuries-old olive trees, the property offers a wide range of amenities. It owes its special charm to its country-style décor, featuring beautiful wooden ceilings and rustic elements, and invites you to treat yourself to a relaxing break from everyday life. After exploring the surrounding area, unwind in the sauna and hot tub, gather round the dining table for a games evening, or chat by the fireplace until late into the night. The property also features a well-equipped gym with direct access to the sauna.

Relax whilst sunbathing on the terrace and watch your children play on the various play equipment. Swim to your heart’s content in the spacious swimming pool against an enchanting backdrop, and round off a wonderful day’s holiday with a delicious barbecue in the open air. A special feature of this property is that one of the swimming pools is filled with geothermal water at 38 °C.

The beauty of the surrounding countryside and the tranquillity of the area also make this an ideal destination for guests wishing to recharge their batteries amidst nature. Thanks to its excellent location in the heart of the Maremma in Lazio, the agriturismo offers numerous opportunities for day trips. Visit the thermal baths of Vulci and the Vulci Archaeological and Natural Park, and spend a day on the beaches of Montalto di Castro and Pescia Romana. Lake Bolsena and the towns of Ansedonia and Tuscania are also well worth a visit.
