POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for Pool Heat. If you prefer to have an unheated pool, please email or call after booking and the fees will be immediately refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees or above 80 degrees. As your stay gets closer, we will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during that time period. We will immediately refund you if conditions do not allow for this.

Beach Service is provided seasonally from March 1st - October 31st, weather permitting, and is only offered during regular business hours until 5pm. This service at this property includes 3 umbrellas and 6 beach chairs!

The location is incredible. The beds are comfortable. The deck view and beach amazing. The kitchen is well appointed as is laundry. Plenty of beach towels. However, the house is in need of repair. Many of the doors didn't work well, kitchen cabinets that don't shut, very old bathrooms. The bunk room is a garage with a makeshift bathroom (a block of wood that step onto in front the toilet in order to use it. Luckily, we did not need that room. The door leading out from the laundry room has a gab big enough for rodents to get through. The windows in the living room all had broken seals so you couldn't see out to the beach.We had an amazing week but just be prepared for less than perfect

The place was clean and very convenient. Could definitely use some TLC. New rugs would be nice and a coat paint on the kitchen cabinets. We did have a great time.

I can not stress enough how blessed we were to get to stay at blessings! Such an incredible location, home, and property manager. I want to stay every year!

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This is an older house that hasn’t been well maintained. Too many small things that need attention to list BUT the location is great. The deck definitely needs some repairs but is functional. The deck furniture pictured is not the furniture that is there and one chaise was broken. Most of the backs on the sectional in the living area are broken but it is useable. When we contacted the “guest liaison” about problems they responded right away but it did take a couple of days to get some things resolved. The beach was not crowded since it’s private for local beach houses. The AC worked well during our stay. The pool was so nice to have and well maintained. Beds were all comfortable enough. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Our group of 14 included three generations and we had a wonderful trip. This is an “adequate” house in a fantastic location.
