The private hot tub on the lower patio is ideal after a day on the mountain. Inside, radiant in-floor heat, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen, and gas fireplaces in the great room and primary suite create a comfortable four-season retreat. The home does not have air conditioning; cool mountain evenings provide natural ventilation.
PET POLICY: Up to 2 dogs are permitted, each weighing 50 lbs or less. The pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, capped at $250 per pet, per stay.

Self check-in instructions and the unique access code will be provided through the booking channel before arrival.

Perched at 8,900 feet in Colorado's San Juan Mountains, Purgatory Resort is about 25 miles north of downtown Durango. Guests are close to the resort plaza, ski terrain, hiking and biking trails, and year-round mountain activities.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended for travel to Durango and surrounding attractions. At Purgatory Resort, guests can walk to resort amenities and use the home's true ski-in/ski-out access when conditions permit.

PET POLICY: Up to 2 dogs are permitted, each weighing 50 lbs or less. The pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, capped at $250 per pet, per stay.
A mandatory 4% Purgatory Resort fee is included in the quote. An optional additional 4% provides access to the Durango Mountain Club, including the heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and fitness facility.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: For direct reservations processed by Modern VRM, $300 is due at booking and is applied to the reservation total; 50% of the reservation total is due 60 days before check-in; and the remaining balance is due 30 days before check-in. For reservations collected by an OTA, the payment schedule shown by that channel at checkout controls.
CANCELLATIONS: The cancellation policy displayed by your booking channel at checkout and in your reservation confirmation applies. Please review those terms before booking.

Literally just a few steps to the bunny slope and less than 100 yards to the express lift. Ski in right to the back door. Easily walkable to the Purgatory base area. Host was proactive and responded quickly to questions. Kitchen is well stocked and the cookware was in great shape. Beautiful views of the mountains. Hottub is smallish but wonderful after a day of skiing.

We had an awesome stay at this beautiful Purgatory Ski condo! Beautiful views, ski-in, ski-out location couldn't be beat! Access to the hot tub at the Purgatory Lodge was nice. We downhill skied, nordic skied, toured on skis in the mountains and had fun with our dogs. Cooked a bunch in the well-equipped kitchen and spent a lot of time with friends and family!

Even though the snow conditions weren’t ideal, we still had a fabulous ski weekend! Fabulous location- within steps of the main lift. We traveled with two other families and this property comfortably accommodated us all. The beds are super cozy! And the pool and hot tub were within walking distance which was a bonus for the kids! We would definitely stay here again!
