This charming three-story four bedroom, three-full-bath beach house offers close to 2,850 square feet of living space, 2 porches, and a convenient one-car garage with a NEW 6-passenger golf cart.
Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room with surround sound TV, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with eat-in breakfast area, refrigerator with icemaker, under counter icemaker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there is a very private master suite and one guest bedroom with a full bath.
On the second floor, you’ll discover two additional guest bedrooms and one full bath as well as stair access to a large crow’s nest with a trundle bed. Other features include 9 and 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.
New grill, refrigerator with icemaker, re-upholstered front outside furniture and the back patio. The house is conveniently located near the Mid Point Pool.

We had a group of 9 (4 adults, 4 teen/adults, and 1 kid). There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the group and also have some privacy. Kitchen was pretty well stocked (a corkscrew was the only thing we were missing, but we figured it out!) The golf cart was a big plus since the house would have been a trek to walk to/from the beach. House was very clean and as described. We did end up having to purchase beach chairs - the listing said there were chairs available so we didnt pack ours from home. There were only 3 chairs that were very rusted. There were beach toys, a wagon, and a boogie board handy. The grill worked but my husband did not trust the grates. We ended up grilling with our cast iron skillet (yes we travel with one 😆) but it worked great for the bacon and steaks that we cooked.

This was our first stay at the Crow's Nest (our 8th year at Martinique). The Crow's nest is a lovely home. The layout is great and was perfect for our family. Everything was provided and well done. Will definitely stay here again!

The house is nice. Plenty of space. However, the 2nd ice machine barely works. The grill was so dirty, we had to have someone come clean it as it was a fire hazard. Seems like the resort is going through some construction. We had construction crew outside our house for several days.
