We loved getting to stay here! The backyard was the best part. The kids stayed outside from Friday til Monday!!!!

Check in was smooth had no issues, kitchen utensils were dirty and drawer were dirty (found a hair in it). Toilet on main floor ran continuously.

The home was on a great location on the river! We all enjoyed the dock and floating out back, as well as close proximity to the Comal to float. Overall, the home just needs to be updated and some amenities upgraded. The consistent word among myself and friends was that the beds were all hard and/or uncomfortable. Also, time to pull up the carpet and put in something that can be sanitized easier. The house was plenty big, loved the big kitchen and table with plenty of seating. Just needs some TLC and updating.

The house was amazing…but there were a few issues. We were informed the home may experience low water pressure on one of the five days of our stay. The water pressure was terrible all week long. Specifically in the downstairs bathroom (sink and shower). Additionally the low water pressure caused the washing machine to shut off after only a few minutes of running and would give an error message of low water flow. Lastly, the house was covered in dog hair. Aside from that I would stay again.
