This luxury beachfront townhome has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a private splash pool overlooking the beach and sleeps up to 16. The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout the second and third floor.
A bright and spacious kitchen with granite countertops and tropical ceiling fans is the perfect place to prepare an afternoon snack or family meal. The kitchen is fully-stocked with utensils, dishware, pots and pans, casserole dishes, cutting boards, Pyrex containers and more. A comfortable living rooms offers a pull-out sofa and flat screen TV.
There are flat screen TVs throughout the home and the house is equipped with dual band Wifi with range extenders so no part of the house is without excellent coverage. An AT&T microcell vastly improves cellular coverage for AT&T customers.
Two of the five bedrooms face the Gulf with king beds and private bathrooms. The luxurious primary bathroom featuresa jetted bathtub, two sinks and a rainfall shower. Relax on the private veranda and enjoy the sound of the surf and the smell of the salt air. The Gulf facing bedrooms offer a level of privacy found in very few townhomes in Frangista Beach, while at the same time, providing an unobstructed sunset view for most of the year. Cool off in the verandas plunge pool or it can be heated during the cooler months.
The owner goes to great lengths to ensure that guests feel like they are staying at a first-class hotel. Enjoy hotel quality linens on every bed, a welcome package (wine, bottled water), white luxury towels, Papaya bath and shower soaps and amenities, a fully-stocked Keurig and beach/pool towels. A BBQ grill is replaced each season.
If needed, a private elevator is available. Please inquire upon booking.

Frangista Beach is minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues.
POOL HEAT (Available Oct-May)-The private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $45/day. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool dimensions are 8.5 x 6
Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
FREE DAILY BEACH SERVICE MARCH 1 - NOVEMBER 30 (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach

We loved staying at this property! It has beautiful beach views, and easy walk down to the private beach was a huge plus! The beds were all very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to rest, relax and enjoy each other throughout the week. The host is quick to respond to any questions and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Very clean house with great beach view and access. The mattresses were super comfortable. Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The dipping pool on the bottom level balcony was wonderful especially with the small children. Hosts were great to work with. It is on a very busy street that was noisy at night but sound machines helped decrease it some. The beach is a private beach but it includes those staying across the street so it wasn’t quite as private as we hoped but it was way better than busy high rise condo beaches. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were set up directly out from our beach step access so that was very convenient. We rented 2 other sets to accommodate our group. The door to get out to the beach is through the bedroom on the bottom level so that was a little inconvenient to have to go through someone’s room. The dipping pool was also off that balcony. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we will be back.

The location was great. Had to call about an issue with pool and the response was immediate. Very clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend!

Location was great on the beach but the parking and getting out is horrible next to scenic rd. The small pool was nice after being on the beach. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows are well worn and need to be replaced. Also there is a big issue with the also g glass doors locking themselves that left people outside for awhile especially on the 2nd floor. The views were beautiful as well.
