This condo is located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach. This two bedroom suite condo is in the 16 story high rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation.
Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub and outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
This beautiful condo is 5 miles from the family friendly Murrells Inlet Marsh walk, close to jet ski and banana boat rentals, fishing, and many more attractions and restaurants.

We had a great time again this year at Royal Garden. Our time went way to fast. Sea Breeze Realty was very accommodating. We requested a new couch and recliner. Sea Breeze notified the owner and they bought us new furniture. A big thank you to the owners and Sea Breeze.

When we arrived on July 2,2022 the room temperature was 76 degrees. The office was closed and after a few phone calls, I was able to talk to someone to help. The man came that evening and did a temporary fix and with the fans running the room temperature was 74. The next day he returned and fixed the problem. The elevators went out everyday, so it was a long wait or walking the steps to the 8th floor. The parking was difficult at times. The room was neat and clean.
