We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. All bedrooms are located on the first floor for easy access—no stairs required. A starter pack of kitchen and toiletry essentials is provided for your first couple of days. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age.

Loved the heated pool and short walk to the beach. Many nice shells really early in the morning. My sisters and I enjoyed the four bedrooms and three baths. The managers (helping with bag drop offs and early check in) and service people (picking up trash from bins outside, cleaning inside) were very friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance to the restaurants/bars and live music. Centrally located to other beaches and areas we wanted to explore. I couldn’t think of any other items they could place in this cottage as it was very well stocked. The “Five Sisters on the Loose” had a great time for our first vacation together.

Comfortable, newly renovated home. We had 7 adults & the sleeping arrangement worked very well amongst us. Location was outstanding!!! Literally steps away from Crescent Beach. The property & living space was delightful . Making our visit exceptional .

This house exceeded our expectations. We were first timers to Siesta Key and had no-idea what to expect. So happy with the house and location. We will definitely be return guests.
