I had a fantastic experience staying here. The host was incredibly friendly and maintained great communication throughout my stay. They were always available to help, whether it was answering questions or offering guidance on getting around the area, which made everything so much easier. Responses to any requests were very prompt, and I really appreciated how attentive and accommodating the host was. The place itself was spotless, clean, and very well maintained. It had everything I needed and more—plenty of thoughtful touches like an iron, cleaning supplies, extra towels and sheets, and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of utensils and a dishwasher, which made cooking and cleaning super convenient. The garden was also a highlight—beautifully kept with lovely flowers, making it a peaceful and enjoyable space to relax. Overall, a truly comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily return!

The entire house was comfortably furnished and the Host provided all necessary plates glasses and cooking equipment to cook meals while we were there. The Host was very communicable and provided lists for attractions, restaurants, local amenities such as laundry mat, grocery stores, and taxi services, also where bus stops and where to find local bus routes. The house was very clean and the host provided extra linen and bath towels. Overall I would Highly Recommend this property and the Host

This is a lovely property; we were completely satisfied with the experience. The apartment is very clean, everything works, it is well-furnished, and the kitchen is well-equiped. The apartment is very spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet. The south side of the property connects to a beautiful walking path. There is close access to busses going downtown, to supermarkets, and restaurants. The hosts are attentive and gracious. We would stay there again.

By far and away the absolute best long term rental ever. Apt is amazing, extremely clean, well furnished with everything you could possibly need. While the apt has been updated beautifully it still maintains the historic charm of days of old. It is the perfect balance. We loved the neighborhood and the convenience of restaurants, grocery stores, coffee and bakery shops within a 5-10 minute walk and of course the nearby bus stop. I don't have enough kind words for our amazing host Laura. She made us feel so welcome and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. She was always available to answer questions or make recommendations. She is the host extraordinaire, beautiful, charming and so much fun and full of life. We just fell in love with her. We also had the pleasure of meeting her mom and dad who are just the loveliest people you could ever want to meet and were so helpful showing us how everything worked on that first day. The outdoor space is just so beautiful and relaxing. We would come back after a long hot day of touring and just enjoy the quiet with some snacks and good Italian wine! It was the best vacation stay ever. Thank you so much Laura for making it possible.
