Thoughtfully decorated with coastal-inspired touches, this inviting condo creates the perfect relaxing beach retreat. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. Start your mornings on the private balcony overlooking the pool with your favorite cup of coffee, made using either the drip coffee maker or the Keurig, compatible with both K-Cups and ground coffee using the included reusable filter.
**Bathroom remodel coming fall 2026! New photos to follow.
Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.

Bed #2: The living room has a queen-sized sofa bed(new as of July 2024) and a mounted 32" TV.

It was a nice place but the bed was very hard and needs a new Mattress.

Love the location and ease of this rental! Whether walking almost straight out onto the beach or sitting on the 2nd floor balcony enjoying the breeze and the sight and sound of the waves, this was exactly what we wanted and needed for the long weekend. The staff at Island Realty was GREAT! Super helpful and enthusiastic. This unit is small, but for two adults and two teens, it was everything we needed for sleeping and relaxing between meals and jaunts to the beach and pool. We had everything we needed to make simple meals with the food we brought--though it is a one person at a time kitchen. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our Sea Cabin very much! The view is lovely and the sound of the ocean waves can be heard in the unit. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and will rent this one in the future!

Overall grounds were meticulously maintained , gate coded access to beach and fishing pier provided extra security in knowing anyone other than guests could not access the area, parking was also private and overall security was evident as the area was patrolled regularly. The cabin itself, could use some updating , the living area could use a larger sized tv and the cabin was inDEFINITE need of a new mattress set. It was well equipped with the basic appliances and towels were soft . While indoors, we spent our time on deck looking out at the fantastic view . I would recommend this area to others but not this cabin until a few updates are made.
