Escape to this beautifully renovated oceanfront retreat designed for relaxation and comfort. This third-floor condo features a luxurious king bedroom with modern barn doors for privacy and a wall-mounted TV for cozy evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen offers Quartz countertops, full-size stainless-steel appliances, and both a drip coffee maker and Keurig with a reusable filter to suit every coffee style. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy sweeping beach views and the calming sound of the ocean. Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, guests enjoy private access to the beach, pool, and fishing pier, with local shops and restaurants just a short walk away.

Roof replacement work on Building B is scheduled to begin November 1 and is expected to last approximately one month. During this time, a portion of the parking lot will be blocked off, and guests may experience construction noise during daytime hours. No construction work is scheduled for weekends. We appreciate your understanding as this necessary improvement is completed.
