Excellent stay. This was our third stay at this location and was very enjoyable. Only down side was the bedroom televisions need upgrading. The TV in one of the downstairs bedrooms was very small by modern standards and complicated to use. The basketball rim had completely rusted through and was broken.

Property was great. Not realFancy but we enjoyed every inch of it. Too bad we couldn’t get into ocean more than one day but that’s the chance u have with beach vacations. PoolAnd hot tub made up for noOcean swimmingTalking about maybe doing it again next year. Any maintenance issues we had wereTaken care of by your team with not much wait.

House is okay. My feedback is for the property management company. The week we stayed at the house there was planned beach “nourishment.” The beach was turned into a construction site and it really ruined the trip. The management company wasn’t up front about this. Like a shady car salesman, they hid all the information they had in the fine print in the lease. This could have been handled so much better. Very disappointed. Dianne Dickerson, the property management office staff, shouldn’t be working directly with clients. She lacks any sort of customer service skills or empathy in general.
