Always Included, complimentary linens and made beds! Perched right on the oceanfront in South Nags Head, An Unforgettable Vacation delivers an authentic Outer Banks experience with a spacious layout designed for multi-generational family gatherings. Located near milepost 17, the property sits in a quieter, residential stretch of the beach while remaining just minutes from local landmarks like Jennette's Pier, the Outer Banks Pier, and the historic Bodie Island Lighthouse. The location seamlessly pairs wide, uncrowded beaches with convenient access to excellent local dining, grocery stores, and the outlet malls just up the road.

The home itself focuses heavily on panoramic ocean views and effortless group entertainment. The top-level great room features an expansive dining area and a newly updated sunroom that opens directly onto a wide oceanfront deck, providing a perfect vantage point for checking the morning surf. Downstairs, a fully equipped ground-level rec room features a pool table, an arcade game, and a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator—offering a convenient spot to grab a cold drink without tracking sand through the main house. Outside, a private oceanfront pool, a dedicated kiddie pool, a hot tub, and a private dunetop deck make it easy to transition from the Atlantic waves straight back to home comfort.
