PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. The location was great and the home was clean and well furnished. The view was outstanding! Hosts were communicative, friendly, and quick to respond! I would stay there again when back in Poipu!

We had a great stay, the unit is quite large and enjoys top floor view. HUGE lanais were a real plus. Comfy beds which is always critical but often under appreciated. Unit needs some updating however and shows it’s age in terms of appliances, furnishings and some appointments. AC in bedrooms but far too noisy to actually use but also not critical unless in summer I think. Overall tho the spaciousness and location and property amenities combine to make this a good choice. Oh and lots of beach paraphernalia for use which was great.

Great stay. Gorgeous view. Awesome having infant seat, beach toys, chairs, towels already at the unit. Wish there had been AC in the living area. Would love to come back again!
