Sugar Beach is one of the areas exclusive family-oriented beach side complex on the world famous Thomas Drive. No long lines waiting for elevators, walk right up to your front door, just minutes from parking to getting settled in for your stay. On-site there is a freshwater lake which provides a unique opportunity to see wildlife. Also there are two well-maintained lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball and grilling area along with the large beach side pool.
The huge clubhouse has a large oceanfront sundeck to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the ocean view where you may watch a few dolphins swimming by. The clubhouse is filled with a Ping-Pong table, 2 pool tables and many arcade games for young guests. The grounds have large grassy areas and walk ways which provide a nice change from the typical concrete and steel development.

This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a dining area. Linens are provided but bring your own beach towels, suntan lotion and a good book. This unit is very spacious and open, tastefully decorated, well-furnished and maintained.

We continue to rent Sugar Beach 14C because we absolutely love it!! This visit to PCB was wonderful! We spent our days on the beautiful beach and cooked meals each day in the well-stocked kitchen. We love the view from the balcony and just love to sit out and watch the waves rolling in. We had one rainy day but enjoyed the day inside and also on the balcony. We will definitely be back, already booked our next trip. I highly recommend this unit to families or just a couple.

The beach view from our 2nd floor balcony was absolutely beautiful! The condo was clean & inviting but could use some minor repairs especially the kitchen ceiling. Decor was beautiful. And washer/dryer was so convenient.

Overall, we liked our stay at Sugar Beach. The beds were comfortable, and the furnishing were nice. Several things need to be fixed.The air conditioning ran most of the time and the beach side bedroom needs a ceiling fan in the room, we had to buy a fan so it would be more comfortable. the electrical plugs in this condo need to be replaced. Beach front bathroom plugs don't work at all, only one in the other bathroom works. Made it hard for 4 women. The password info on the refrigerator was incorrect. the cable was unplugged and no directions on how to work the TV or cable.
