A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
This prestigious and welcoming apartment for six people is located in the heart of the historic center, just a few minutes from Piazza di Spagna, in the elegant Via Sistina, just 200 meters from the Spanish Steps. It is located on the third floor of an ancient building without a lift and is very bright and quiet. It has just been renovated with much taste and attention to detail. It consists of a living area with a sofa bed for two people and a dining table, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small kitchen. It is a very refined apartment in a prestigious location.

Apartment is on the third floor. Had AC and plenty of space. Nice location in Rome. Check in process was super easy, just text or call when 30 mins away and a guy met us at the entrance. The apartment is just within the ZTL if you are driving yourself, but there is a parking garage no too far that is right outside the ZTL.

Neighborhood was quiet at night. Good location, close to Metro.

Finding a hotel in Rome that fits a family of 5 is very difficult, so this apartment fit the bill nicely. The apartment was clean and well-kept and, thankfully for a June visit, the air conditioning works well. And the managers were easy to work with for check-in and communicated well leading up to our visit. The only drawbacks were 1) no lift in the building, so lugging 5 suitcases up 4 floors was not ideal, and 2) the kitchen is actually in unconditioned enclosed patio space, so also not ideal. But, overall, a nice location (close to Spanish Steps and Barberini metro stop) and good spot for a family.

The appartment looks very nice & clean on the photos but when we arrived the wall was durty. The appartment should be paint.
We were desapointed.
