Il nostro appartamento di extra lusso è situato nel pieno centro storico di Roma esattamente a 100 metri da Piazza di Spagna e Fontana di Trevi. L'appartamento è di 100 mq e composto da un cucina, salone con sala da pranzo, due camere da letto e grandissimo bagno di 10 mq con doccia con cascata emozionale. Restaurato con materiali pregiati, con parquet, soffitti originali in travi di legno a vista ed illuminazione led in tutto l’appartamento. E' situato al terzo piano senza ascensore, è dotato di tutti i comfort, riscaldamento, aria condizionata regolabile, connessione internet, 3 Tv di 50 pollici, cassetta di sicurezza, kit cortesia e asciugacapelli, biancheria da bagno e da letto e fornitura cucina, bollitore, macchina Nespresso, stereo con filo diffusione per tutto l’appartamento.
La tassa di soggiorno è di 6 euro a persona a notte deve essere pagata in contanti all'arrivo.
Per i check-in oltre le ore 22.00 è richiesto un supplemento di 25 euro in contanti all'arrivo.

The property was very good, only thing was no elevator too hard for us to carried our luggage up and down, Joe is very nice , he’s come greet us and help us to carry out bags upstairs. Very nice place close to everything, we love and enjoyed stay here.

Lovely apartment, host was great and communicated quickly. Bed was comfortable. This location can not be beat easy parking and right at the top of the Spanish steps, only complaint is it feels like you have to climb the spanish stairs every time you go to your room. Definitely stay here, just be prepared

The apartment was immaculate and as advertised. Be aware it is 62 steps to the apartment. Joey and his colleague carried our bags at check in and checkout. Close to Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum and Colliseum. If I had to offer any suggestions for improvement it would be better mattresses. Also, one should be aware that if anyone is in the unit above it can be quite loud.

Our 3 day stay was fantastic. The apartment was exactly as shown! Stunning from every corner. Our first time in Roma and the apartment is conveniently located - you’re just a short walk from the Trevi, Spanish Steps and so much more. Joey, the host was amazing. Extremely easy to communicate with and replied right away with any questions I had. He helped us with our luggage when we arrived and was there in the morning to help us again when we left. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. We didn’t cook but used the fridge for breakfast necessities. I highly recommend this apartment!

We took a short Uber ride to this apartment and were met promptly by Joey. He gave us a tour of the apartment, map of the surrounding area, and procedure for check out. He checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. The apartment is spacious with good A/C, small kitchenette. We would have enjoyed having coffee and sugar/milk/cream supplied for the morning but there are a couple cafes just a few steps away. All 5 of us had sleeping space. The apartment is conveniently located. We walked everywhere except the Vatican which required a short Uber drive. This property is 4 fights up so not good for people with walking difficulties. Joey did help with our luggage upon arrival which was nice. I would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future should we return to Rome.

Beyond beautiful apartment as advertised ...immaculately cleaned ..great location ...the host were the best host weve ever encountered ..met us at the property ..constant quick contact if necessary ..accomodated anything we asked ...apartment is up quite a bit of stairs as advertised but also as advertised the two host went above and beyond to help us with out luggage up and down ....and i can guarantee i had the heaviest luggage that they have ever encountered. I insisted that they didnt but they carried it anyway. I would recommend them 1000x i wish they had properties in other countries lol the apartment is suoer luxurious you will feel like you spent 1100 $ a night

This is a stunning apartment. It was very well decorated for maximum impact. It was an absolutely beautiful apartment to rest and recover from busy days in Rome! The location was perfect and Joey was very responsive to every question that we had!

We were very impressed with this apartment. The owners have given a lot of thought to the decor. The location is perfect. Very close the Spanish Steps and walkable to all other sights. Joey made the check in process very easy and helped with our heavy bags. He also very kindly arranged a private car to bring us to the airport, which was much nicer than trying to arrange our own taxi. Would definitely stay here again!

Just the best place I’ve ever stayed. On business trips, I stayed at The Hassler Hotel. But the rooms are now $2000 there. This designer furnished apartment was in the same area that I love. Joey arranged an airport pick up, met us at the property, stored our bags prior to check in and check out, stayed in touch daily, and spoke perfect English.

Just as pictured
The place was nice for our family to stay in for a few days to explore Rome. Close to shopping and restaurants. We walked to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon and took taxis to the Vatican and Coliseum. Beware our taxi rates were all over the place one way to the Vatican was $15 and the way back was $45, it may depend on how busy the time is.
Overall the place was great, as mentioned no lift but they helped with our luggage upon arrival and departure. We couldn't figure out the AC in the main room but the bedroom ACs worked great.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful centrally located apartment. Joey was an amazing host. The apartment was clean well-maintained and they even had a welcome bottle of Prosecco for us.
Highly recommend. Joey even let us go in early as we were so exhausted from our long flights

Due to flight delays we found ourselves needing a place to spend one night. Lucky us…we found this gold palace tucked away near the Spanish steps. We were even lucky enough to get early check in and a bottle of Prosecco!. Comfy beds and plush furnishings. Hot water in the large shower. The only negative is no elevator to help maneuver the 3 long flights of stairs. Highly recommend and only wish we would have found this lovely apartment sooner!

This was our first visit to Rome and we couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The apartment is close to all the main attraction and great food. Joey provided exceptional service and far exceeded our needs and expectations. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Rome!

Walking distance to everything we needed (restaurants, shops, groceries, wine and of course all the main attractions like Spanish Steps, Pantheon, etc. Stay here! The cost is more than reasonable. Only draw back is there was no elevator lol But Joey and his colleague insisted on carrying all of our luggage up on our arrival and met us again upon our departure to carry all of our luggage back down! Wonderful Experience in every way. Thank you

Beautiful luxury apartment, very well maintained, the pictures are current and true. The bathroom is fantastic and huge, the biggest I ever seen. Magic proximity to the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. Carlo and Joey are great hosts, thanks for everything...we'll be back soon.
