A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Dakota Lodge 8455 keeps a family ski trip refreshingly simple: walk five minutes to the River Run Gondola, ski all day, then walk home to a warm, freshly updated condo.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 5-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- King suite for the parents
- Second bedroom with its own TV
- Outdoor pool, hot tubs and sauna
- Ski storage and elevator in the building
- Walk to village dining and shops
The layout works for groups. Everyone gathers in the living room around the stone gas fireplace, with the sectional big enough for the whole crew and a covered deck just outside for hot-cocoa breaks in the snow. The bench-style dining table brings everyone together at dinner, and the fully equipped kitchen - complete with a griddle for pancake mornings - makes eating in easy on the budget.
Parents get the main suite with its own bath and dual-sink vanity; kids take the second bedroom with its own TV; and a sofa sleeper covers one more. Ski storage downstairs keeps wet gear out of the hallway, and the elevator means no lugging boot bags up stairs.
Afternoons off the mountain are the bonus round: the shared outdoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna are steps away, and River Run Village's restaurants and shops are an easy walk. Set your family up a short walk from the lifts - reserve Dakota Lodge 8455.
One vehicle can be parked free of charge in the building's shared garage.

Convenient to slopes, parked the car in the garage and never had to use it. Everything is walkable. Elevator up from the garage is slooooow, but with this unit being on first floor it was less of an issue. Two hot tubs and good enough size pool for the kids. Had a maintenance issue when we first arrived and it was addressed immediately. No complaints, would recommend.

Overall the condo was perfect for our family. Very clean, great location in River Run and the pool/hot tub were nice.
One slight issue was the speed of the elevator. It took an outrageously long time to move so unpacking took forever. A few more luggage carts would have really helped the process too. Not a deal breaker but it wasn’t a great start.
Overall we will absolutely look at staying here again.

The location was great for our teens to just walk out and be close to the mountain. It was also great to take the little ones right across the street to the little park area. We opted to not get a rental though due to being close to everything. What we didn't know though was that the place you pick up your keys vs where the actual lodge is quite the walk. That was probably the biggest down fall. Once we got to cabin everything was great though!
