5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. You will receive a link to pre-purchase parking passes one week prior to arrival, or you may purchase them at the front desk (limit of 2).

The condo was wonderful. Beds were comfy. The location was close to everything. We will be back.

We lovèd the Phoenix VI property with the option of indoor pool or outdoor pool. It appeared to be a qell maintained building. The 3 bedroom /2 bath unit fit our needs wonderfully. I loved that there were some umbrellas and beach chairs available as well. The starter pack of basic paper supplies was also appreciated. Some of the furniture was a little old and worn, but was adequate. The beds were comfortable.

Needs some deep cleaning and replacing of things such as carpet, furniture, pillows, etc but the price point and the view and the rest of the property was perfect! Great location for teens to meet others!
