PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Our collections of rentals are professionally managed by in-house staff with a commitment to personalized service, fine attention to detail and a true sense of Aloha. Pool was not heated, if it was the heat was not on. Location to beach was excellent however we never found the waterfall that was advertised.

Amazing property. Extremely comfortable. Fantastic location well equipped. Comfortable and attractive furniture. Only issue with check-in. Housekeeping to did release the code even though the property had had been cleaned well before, not allowing us to get in until multiple calls. In spite of this, I would highly recommend this place.

Good location. Convenient to many things. Sliding door to the external balcony from the master bedroom did not work but that was communicated a couple weeks before the trip and wasn’t too big a factor. I saw the new door in the parking lot awaiting install.
